Interfaith Thanksgiving Service

Dear Members of First Reformed Church:

You are cordially invited to attend this year’s Interfaith Thanksgiving Service at Sacred Heart R.C. Church on November 20, 2012 at 7:30PM. As every year, our city-wide Interfaith Coexistence Council has worked very hard to put together a meaningful order of worship that reflects the wonderful diversity in town. The sermon will be delivered by a member of Peace Islands Institute, the Turkish-American organization that hosted our trip to Turkey a few years ago.

As every year, the worship service will be followed by a social hour. Please support this by bringing finger food. This could be:
– Desserts
– Raw vegetables
– Dips, etc.

Please bring food items prior to worship into the parish hall in the basement of the church. It has an extra outside entrance. The address is:

Church of the Sacred Heart
56 Throop Avenue
New Brunswick, NJ 08901

Hope to see you there!

Pastor Hartmut
