From Pastor’s Desk

You know the old words of the Prophet Jeremiah to the people of Israel held captive in Babylon, “And seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the Lord on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.

The photo below shows Susan and me with New Brunswick Mayor Jim Cahill during the fundraising kick-off event in fellowship hall on September 10. We are blessed to be situated in an environment as supportive as New Brunswick and its administration. The City’s support of our Preservation Project was outstanding. And now Dina’s Dwelling and the sanctuary reconfiguration enjoy similar support. Thank you, Mayor Cahill!
