Antiques Afternoon — January 7

January 7, 2012 is coming quickly, and so is the Antiques Afternoon event. Don’t miss out on a great opportunity to find out if your “stuff” is trash or treasure! Haven’t you always wanted to know???

On January 7, from 1-4PM, Joe Bodnar (Bodnar’s Auction) will be speaking about antiques and appraising anything and everything that comes through our doors. The Historic Preservation Fundraising Team is sponsoring this event to raise funds towards our matching grant. There will be refreshments, contests to test your antiques knowledge, and plenty of opportunity to share the stories behind the stuff! Continue reading

Antiques Afternoon – January 7th, 2012

Who might this event appeal to, you ask? Anyone who is a fan of American Pickers, Antiques Roadshow, Storage Wars, Auction Kings, Cash & Cari, or Picker Sisters. And, anyone who believes it is possible to buy a $5 painting at a garage sale only to find an original Picasso beneath the grime!

Congregational Budget Meeting

Update from the Classrooms

Another school year is drawing to a close, but not without some celebration. Our last day of class will be on Jun 20th. On Jun 27th, we will
officially mark the close of the school year with an Open Air service on the steps of our sanctuary (weather permitting, of course!) and a picnic. In the meantime, the children will be once again working with Ben to prepare wonderful music for the open air service. Our Little Lambs will end the
year studying the acts of the apostles after receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit on Pentecost. The Big Lambs have a variety of interesting topics in store Continue reading
